5. Tell A Friend About Your Goals
It's always nice to have a good support system. Letting a friend know about your plans and goals makes it easy to for them to hold you accountable. In the end you can celebrate what you accomplished together!
6. Give Yourself Some Time
Success doesn't happen overnight. Everything has a process. You can't beat a bad habit fast, so be realistic and take time!
