When you figure out your "why", and the reason behind your bad habit, you are able to address the core of the problem.
3. Set Goals and Create a Plan
Creating a plan and then directing goals towards that will help you conquer that plan. Set goals that are attainable for you, whether it be short term or long term.
4. Write Those Goals Down
Writing your goals down is one of the best ways to make sure you are on track. Looking at your goals on paper can take you a long way.
5. Tell A Friend About Your Goals
It's always nice to have a good support system. Letting a friend know about your plans and goals makes it easy to for them to hold you accountable. In the end you can celebrate what you accomplished together!
6. Give Yourself Some Time
Success doesn't happen overnight. Everything has a process. You can't beat a bad habit fast, so be realistic and take time!
