Book of Genesis
Genesis is the First Book of the Bible. There are 39 books in all in the Old Testament. Genesis was written in Hebrew as "Bereshth", and was written by Moses around 1430 BC. The Book of Genesis puts us back at the beginning of the bible. We learn about the beginning, end , and creations God made. We also learn how to relate to God.
Genisis 1:1 - In the beginning, God created heavens and earth.



Genesis 1:27 - So god created human beings in his own image, in the image of God he created them. 



Genesis 2:7 - Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of Life, and the man became a living thing.
